Indiana vaccine providers prepare to immunize younger kids against COVID-19

October 28, 2021 | Vaccine providers across Indiana are preparing to vaccinate younger kids against COVID-19. Children ages 5 to 11 could become eligible for Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine as soon as next week. Several Indiana vaccine providers and local health officials say there will be enough supply of the Pfizer vaccine available for any family who wants to get a younger child vaccinated. Indiana Department of Health officials said Wednesday supply is not expected to be an issue across the state.
